We are not training people for sports or competitions. We strive to prepare them for real-world scenarios. 
Our primary goal is to give you the skills and abilities to defend yourself and neutralize a threat.  
Krav Maga (Combat Fighting)
Krav Maga consists of a wide variety of techniques sourced from Aikido, Judo, Boxing, Wrestling, and Karate. Krav Maga is not a martial art, but instead, a self-defense system designed to be highly effective in real-world situations and easy to learn. The philosophy of Krav Maga emphasizes the use of aggression with the simultaneous application of defensive and offensive maneuvers. Most techniques involve a block with a counterattack to a vulnerable part of the body, such as the groin, eyes, or throat. Practitioners learn how to defend themselves against single and multiple attackers as well as attacks involving knives, firearms, and clubs. The primary goal of Krav Maga is to neutralize a threat quickly and decisively to create an opportunity for escape.
KAPAP (Krav Panim el Panim)
At KMME, we practice a style of Krav Maga called KAPAP, which prepares practitioners for hand-to-hand combat. This style of Krav Maga is popular amongst the military, law enforcement, and security forces because of the attention given to making appropriate use of force decisions in combat and law enforcement situations. However, KAPAP is also suitable for civilians who wish to learn self-defense techniques that are highly effective and easy to learn. When delivered to civilians, the focus is on self-defense. This style of Krav Maga is an ideal choice for women's self-defense classes, businessmen traveling to hostile environments, or anyone else who may be in high-risk situations. Please note that our training programs are closely affiliated with the British KAPAP Association in the United Kingdom.
Training Philosophy 
At Krav Maga Middle East, we will teach you a variety of techniques and help you find those techniques that work best for you. Our training programs focus on the use of drills to instill in your muscle memory the defensive (blocks) and offensive (counter attacks) maneuvers that will keep you alive during a violent attack. Through this approach, your response to a threat will be instinctive. You will act immediately, without thinking, and avoid leaving yourself vulnerable to the mistakes people often make in high-stress situations.
Additionally, our training programs include a high-intensity workout that will ready you for the physical demands one experiences when defending against an attack. The 10-15 minute conditioning period of each training day is designed to help you improve your strength and endurance. We will condition you to remain in the fight when your heart rate and adrenaline levels surge. Our goal is not to make you lean and muscular, but to instead make you fight-ready. The sole purpose of this conditioning period is to prevent you from being physically overwhelmed by your at-tacker(s).

What can we do for you?

You can choose the best training fitting your needs or have tailored training for individuals or groups. 
Tailored Training for Professionals
With this option, the lead instructor will conduct a brief interview with our client to determine the needs and goals of the group being trained. A specifically designed program will result from this interview. Training can cover a broad range of Krav Maga techniques, or it can be more specific, focusing on one aspect of Krav Maga, such as defense against knife attacks. If desired we can also provide classes on basic survival skills when traveling in hostile environments or when taken hostage. This option is intended for: - Law Enforcement & Security Training - Aviation - Air Marshals & flight crew - Media - crews & journalists working in hostile environments - Embassy personnel - Night clubs workers - Any other working professionals who potentially may need to themselves against attack Cost: Determined by the length of training and number of participants. Note: The training period can be from a few hours to a few days.
Level 1 Instructor Course
COURSE REQUIREMENTS: 
 • KMME senior instructor approval required. 
• Must be 18 years or older. 
• Must be physically fit. 
• Must be on time 
• No criminal record. 
• Mandatory experience in Martial Arts such as holding any belt or level or certificate as a student. 
• Basic first aid & CPR certificate • Law enforcement or military personnel welcomed. 
• All participants must pass the tests in order to receive the certification. 

 COURSE DETAILS:  
Level 1 certification upon completion of the course. 
One-year training after the completion of the course in order to move to level 2 instructor course. 

Materials will be provided to all participants.
Instructor Courses
COURSE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 20 years or older. 
• Must be physically fit. 
• Must be on time 
• No criminal record. 
• Must hold level 1 or 2 certificates 
• Basic first aid & CPR certificate or First Person on Scene 
• Law enforcement or military personnel welcomed. 
• All participants must pass the tests in order to receive the certification. 

 COURSE DETAILS:  
Level 2 & 3 certification upon completion of the course. - One-year training after the completion of the course in order to move for level 2 or 3 instructor course. 

Materials will be provided to all participants.

Private Training
This option is ideal for individuals or small groups who find it difficult to commit to the weekly class schedule. It is also for those who wish to progress through the syllabus at their own speed, following an individualized program. 
Highly motivated students who choose this option can expect to increase their fitness level and learn the self-defense techniques of Krav Maga at an accelerated pace.
